I am currently looking for my next software engineering role. That is the practical headline. The more useful context is that I am not treating this period as a waiting room.
I have worked in fintech and at a YC-backed company. Those environments taught me different but complementary lessons: software can carry real trust, and small teams often have to make good decisions before they have perfect information.
What I am doing now
I am building independent products, testing ideas, and paying closer attention to the full distance between a rough concept and something another person can actually use.
AI-assisted tools are part of that process. I use them to move through exploration faster, but the responsibility stays with me: choosing the problem, understanding the code, deciding what belongs in the product, and knowing when the result is ready to share.
What I am looking for
I want to join a team that cares about the quality of both the product and the engineering behind it. I work well where there is room to ask questions, make trade-offs explicit, and take ownership beyond a narrow ticket.
This site will be a record of that work: selected experience, products as they become ready, and notes on what I learn along the way.
